This toolkit shares the principles, techniques and tools of facilitation to improve your effectiveness in sessions. This will enable you, the facilitator/manager/presenter or chairperson, to contribute structure and process to your interactions, enabling your groups to function effectively.
The purpose of this toolkit is provide you with the tools to run sessions which ensure team effectiveness, accelerate the capture and/or analysis of information, stimulate thinking, build commitment, support project deliverables and create an environment where differing views can be exchanged and learning can be accelerated. Session Slides
These slides are to guide you in the session. The slides map the process of the session and provide instructions, examples and guidelines for each stage of the session.
